Highway 210

Last week, I spoke up about the immediate and ongoing threat that Indian Head Highway (MD 210) is posing to our community.

The statistics for MD 210 are staggering: 47 crashes and 68 deaths since 2008. 3,300 citations issued in 2017. Clearly, there’s a major problem with our infrastructure and the rules of the road.

I’m calling on Governor Hogan to act because I know that he can do more. In fact, Title 14 Subtitle 3 of the Maryland Code gives him power to declare a State of Emergency “if public safety is endangered” and unlock special funding and regulations to address the problem.

Will you sign my letter to the Governor and join me in making our community safer and stronger by declaring MD 210 an Emergency?
